Lilian was absolutely phenomenal! I had such a great experience, she was so friendly and knowledgeable. As someone who often gets massages I have been searching for someone that can help reduce my pains and explain to me what’s going on with my body and she did the most amazing job at both! I had never done a deep tissue massage before. I think if you exercise frequently and lift weights then you should definitely consider this. I had so many knots in my muscles. Lilian is so nice and made me feel completely relaxed. I am usually worried that someone won't be able to do a hard enough massage when I go for deep muscle treatment but she was able to get in to every knot and sore spot, and the massage was absolutely amazing!
